Default 2018 GT3 Allocation

Hi Guys, first time posting here. I have a 2015 BMW M3 manual currently and ever since getting word that the GT3 is coming back in manual I've done nothing but day dream ever since.

Anyways, I'm not too in tune with what people are paying for these things so I wanted to ask for your opinion.

Here's what dealer said - "I have an available GT3 allocation we are selling at the current market value of MSRP plus 35K. Let me know if you would like to take this allocation."

Deal, no deal? is this the going price?

Any help appreciated, I'd love to get my order in if this is a fair deal in todays market. Thanks!!!

You should be able to find $15k-20k over without too much of an effort.

Did you search on here or did you just post? Your question comes up all the time and has been answered numerous times.

I searched but noticed that it was all over the place with time frames and ADM's. Many mentioned $0 mark up but I doubt that's even obtainable these days and just want to know if any others in the market currently are experiencing any new insight on demand.

Lips together, teeth apart.

It's the only way to be sure.

Seems like a little more than typical ask from the Cali dealers which are $25-30k. Some are asking $50k but not sure anyone has paid that. Maybe, who knows.

When is the allocation? You can probably get a late (fall 2018 build) allocation for $15-20k over now. I am not sure how many are left around, however. There was someone who found 8% over recently which is let’s call it $13k but it was a very late build from a midwest dealer. The $10k over are gone from what I can tell (that was the best I could find when I looked back when).

Unless you are desperate, I would wait to see what the flips look like. I could be wrong, but I don’t see this being like the RS with high premiums.

not that any one should pay ADM, but given other cars and/or brands currently listed above 200k, respectfully disagree.

If it’s not worth $200k and except for the limited edition on the R the cars are more similar than not than what is it worth. Best idea must be to wait 10 years buy a totaled/race beater for $25k.

While my build is clipping $200k CAD, I wholly agree that the GT3 should not be a $200k car.. But ya'll keep talking how underpriced these things are, all the while Corp is listening in, so they keep raising the prices.. -fail boys
570GT is about $50k more.. if I get denied, I'm heading over to Macca for freedom.
