Default Laust vacuum manifold purge valve routing

I am now installing new Lindsey small vacuum lines using the Laust manifold (5 port).

Apologies if this has been covered: I am not sure how to run the purge valve line to the Laust manifold. That is, I don't yet know the function of the "bunny ears" part in between (see my pic).

What to do with this part?

What *is* the function of the bunny ears? A little hard to find on the PET for even a proper name!

It's one of the emissions valves, it controls when fuel vapor is directed to the charcoal canister under the lh fender.

Just bypass it and go directly to the TB.
