2012 Porsche 997.2 Turbo S, GT Silver, black leather interior with deviated platinum stitching.

All required Porsche maintenance has been performed.
Oil changes every six months with oil and filter last changed in June 2018.
30K mile major service performed by Porsche of Albuquerque.
Brand new Porsche OEM windshield, OEM front spoiler and clear bra installed to cover the entire front end of the car including the mirrors (all in June 2018). New Michelin Pilot 4S tires were installed in December 2017 followed by a Porsche Service Center alignment and have less than 1K miles on them. PCCB brake pads still have well over 50% life remaining.
Two keys, all manuals, Porsche COA, car cover and a three piece torque wrench (which fits in its case in the trunk) for the center lock wheels will go with the car.
Mods on the car are clear front fender side marker light lens, front trunk protective liner, leather wrapped Sports Plus lap timer and center console trim, a SharkWerks X-pipe (the original center OEM pipe will go with the car) and RennLine front bumper grill screens installed to protect the front radiators from debris.
The car has a Fidelity Platinum warranty ($250 deductible) good through March 2023 or 91,900 miles and is fully transferable upon sale to a private party. The car also has a clean CarFax and has never been tracked or auto crossed.

Thanx guys for your comments. I have added a couple of items that I had forgotten about, the leather wrapped Sports Plus lap timer and center console trim. Also, the NAV system has the latest map data loaded in it. The new OEM windshield was installed on June 18, 2018 and looks great. Oil and filter change, and new OEM front spoiler to be installed on June 27, 2018 followed by a new clear bra later that week. I will also have and will post a copy of the DME report following the oil change service.

I do have the build sheet. It says that the seats are options 1437 and 1438, “Comfort seat, left, electrically adjustable” and “Comfort seat, right, electrically adjustable” respectively.
The seats have both cooling and heating and are 18 way (electrically) adjustable. All seat switches are in working order as are all other electrical switches in the car.
Plz let me know if you would like to see a copy of the build sheet and I can post them on line.

I just realized that your VIN is almost exactly like mine but 10 numbers off on the end.
I guess our cars were made very close to each other on the line.
Mines same color inside and out but a few different option.
Hope you sell it soon Great buy on this car.
