I just purchased a set of OZ wheels from a PCA seller in FL. He shipped four wheels in two boxes via ShipNerd from FL to AZ. One of the boxes was damaged by UPS, scraping some of the paint on one of the wheels. Steve at ShipNerd helped us file a damage claim with UPS and I just received funds from UPS to have the damaged wheel repainted. Steve was great to work with and communicated well though the process. Even thought I didn't choose him for the shipping service (the seller did), I'll use ShipNerd for my future shipping needs.

Overall I am not very happy with your service. My card just got hit again for an additional $14.94 over the initial quote given. I shipped two tires, taped them together and measured them exactly, so I'm confused at why I'm being charged more than the initial quote. Is it because my tires were not a square box or for other reason? I would have been better off to simply take my tires to FedEx or UPS on my own. Unfortunately, my bank will hit me for an additional foreign transfer fee as well. Is it disclosed anywhere on your page where your business is located, maybe I just missed it but it was yet another unexpected surprise.

So in summary, I think I ended up paying more than I would have by simply going direct with a shipping company. Not a good introduction and not sure I would consider using this service again.

I also feel it should be clearly disclosed that you are not a US based company as every order will be 3% more based on fees charged by most US Banks.
