Moving to Mexico for my job, I have to resolve myself to sell my beloved daily driver a 2004 Porsche 996 coupe manual 6 speed with 80,720 miles. The car has been maintained since 2007 and 12,832 miles by Hendrick Porsche in Charlotte NC and I have the service manual with all stamps from the shop as well as detailed bills of the major interventions. Carfax is clean and available for buyer.
The previous owner bought the car as a CPO in January 2009 at 18,747 miles and I bought it in August 2015 with 63,280 miles. The car is covered by a powertrain warranty from Hendrick Porsche (Hendrick Autoguard) until 08/08/2018 or 99k miles. This warranty works in any Porsche dealer or Indy, has a 150$ deductible and will be transferred to the next owner. All parts covered by the warranty are changed with new and OEM parts only. I paid 2k$ when I bought the car for this warranty and used it only twice: first to replace the engine mounts and then for a wheel bearing replacement). An engine failure will be covered by the warranty as well as a transmission or drive shaft failure (see details ://www.hendrickautoguard.com/mechanical-repair, select the basic powertrain)
I haven't spared any money and highly maintained the car since it is my daily driver and it never gave me a code in exchange! I have continued to service the car at Hendrick Porsche using only OEM parts or premium brand like putting Michelin tires and I just did a full suspension upgrade with a factory M030 RoW kit.
The car has the perfect options for a daily driver with PSE (XLF option), PSM and confort seat package (P15 & P16). The original PCM has been upgraded by the previous owner with a Kenwood double din BT-DVD-Sirius-SatNav unit with handsfree capability. There is an amplifier.
Recent service history, all performed at Hendrick Porsche and with receipts (I have details of the history up to 2007):
* Major maintenance was done in June 2014 at 59,917 miles with spark plugs, coils and accessories belt.
* Water pump was replaced in February 2015 at 61,827 miles
* IMS and clutch were done in June 2015 at 63,238 miles just before I bought the car
* Minor maintenance July 2016 at 70,689 miles with brake flush
* Engine mounts August 2016 at 71,696 miles
* New Michelin Pilot Sport 2 N3 mounted in December 2016 at 74,582 with a complete wheel alignment
* Last minor maintenance in May 2017 at 77,847 miles
Full suspension upgrade performed by GMP Performance in Charlotte, NC in 10/2017 at 80,278 miles with wheel alignement.
This is the Porsche Tequipment suspension kit (ref 044 500 27) that is the factory M030 RoW suspension kit with sway bars, springs and shocks. All the upper strut mounts, spacers, plastic, bushing parts, nuts and bolts from the struts have been replaced by new OEM parts so that the kit was assembled as a set of new complete struts instead of using the old strut mounts or hardware. It costed me 2900$. between hardware and labor.
The car runs strong and great, no oil consumption (I don't have to add oil in between services). I never tracked the car nor did any autocross, DE ...
Body paint does´t have any ding but shows some rock chips specially on the front bumper (high quality pictures allow you to see them).
Don't hesitate to contact me to get more information.

I forgot to add the pictures of the new suspension. I will give to the buyer the old suspension set if he/she prefers to go back to standard.

Sorry for the late answer but I was in the middle of my move.
The car is sold and was sent to Colorado last week.
I hope the new owner will enjoy and take care of it as much as I did! Good luck for your search of a 996.
