Thanks! Doesn't hurt that my wife is an interior designer and picked the colors and materials. Located in Santa Monica for anyone that wants to come take a look in person.

Three Wheelin'
As an i3 owner, this is a real top shelf i3. We love ours and it is a base rex with parking, so I am sure this highly optioned one would be amazing. We owned a Leaf before the i3, and there is no comparison. The i3 blows every other car in its class away IMO. Good Luck with sale. Nice spec!!

I'll back up Jamesinger, we also have an i3 at home that my wife drives. I've offered a number of new cars as upgrades but she refuses to let go of her i3. Ours is a Gigaworld REX, so this one would just be THAT MUCH better. Good luck.

Can you post the window sticker or full options list and msrp? Which charging cable and adapters are included?
Interested in more details on the lease as with rebates the numbers don’t seem to pencil.
Youll want to state your lease terms, Miles, term, and money factor.

Here's the window stick with full options. The standard 120V charging cable that comes with the vehicle is included. I'm happy to share some general details on the lease in this post and can follow up with interested individuals with the lease documentation verifying everything. I forgot to mention that the lease end protection ($1600 value) is also included.
Scheduled maturity of lease 6/2/2021, total lease term was 36 months.
Gross capitalized cost: $57,370
Total monthly payment $612.62
Total mileage 30,010 (~1600 used)
Purchase option at end of lease: $34,739 with a current payoff of ~$48,300

Since this is a used car,do you lose the federal tax rebate? And the state sales tax exemption?

$57k was the gross capitalized cost. The net capitalized cost was reduced by the incentives (tax and past customer discount).
I'm not quite clear on the intent of some of these questions. Is there a question about whether BMW Financial can do math? Happy to get into the details as necessary but I'm just trying to understand the real question.
