Transmission Type: Manual - 6 speed

Fully documented with full engine re-build 20,000 miles ago. Strong driving, strong accellerating 911.

-Paint is original Carmine red (only produced in 1987). Paint condition 8 out of 10
-Targa top in 7 out of 10 condition.
-Leather seats in 7 out of 10 condition
-Undercarriage and battery pan in great condition
-Recent leak down and compression tests completed (2016)
-Electrical functioning as it should
-Does not have original radio
-AC does not blow cold
-Heater works very well
-Upgraded bilstein shocks
-Includes car cover

Beautiful car that gets lots of comments due to the difference in color from the very popular 'guards red'.

Selling to help support a move for the family. I will return to the Targa owning world soon enough!

Thank you for looking

Hi Jay - please send me a PM to discuss further.

UPDATE:

PPI performed this week by Black Forrest Automotive, below are their findings, cost estimates and my replies:

-$150 Compression and leakdown tests were good but there is small left cam seal leak

-$3,000 Air Conditioner replacement Bad A/c Compressor and a/c Clutch. It also needs conversion to 134 from 112 because the 112 isn't made anymore. (I have driven this car for a year without AC - all the feedback I hear is that AC units go out within 6-12 months, I have had no desire to fix it as the top or windows are down the entire time)

$100 - Rear Hood Shocks are bad (hood latches, opens and closes without issues)

? - Breather house bracket is broken

? - Dent in Bottom of body pan - causing a slight vibration in the clutch pedal (I have not noticed a vibration)

$10 - Lug nuts not matching on each wheel

$600 - Curb rash on all 4 wheels (original wheels for 30yr old car, so yes some rash)

? - Tires at 80% but 6 years old

? - Will need break rotors and pads soon 40% in the front 25% in the back. Break flush wasn't performed.

$150 - Large door ding on driver door (about the size of a silver dollar and it is on the passenger door, not driver)

$500 - Rear windshield rubber seal (car is never driven in rain, during my handwashing there are no leaks)

$500 - Roll bar Targa top rubber seal (same as above)

$700 - Recover targa top (I do not think it is in bad shape, 100% original adds character, no leaks)

$460 - Brights don't work

$100 - Wipers and washers not working
