In my years of owning this car it has been babied beyond belief. Garage parked 100% of the time and it hasn't seen a drop of rain since 2014. This beautiful 944 only came out on the nicest of weekends to attend car shows or take a drive out to wine country. Every inch of this car is spotless, and I have applied nearly 20 coats of Zaino Brothers show car polish. This car turns heads wherever I go.
*Unique Story*
Before me this car was owned by two people, a man and his best friend from college. After graduating from college in the US the original owner of this car landed a job abroad in Europe. While visiting Germany, he purchased this car off the assembly line in Stuttgart (see picture) and drove it around Europe for about a year. He then sent it to the US to be housed by his best friend from college (the second owner). Since the car was purchased in Germany, but intended for US import, it has a unique VIN number and some cool factory upgrades like sport seats, sport steering wheel, 15inch alloy wheels and touring package. For the next few years the car was garaged in the US while the first owner completed his job. When he got back to the US he took his car back and drove it for the next few years before giving it back to his old college buddy as a gift. The second owner had it until 2014 when he sold it to me.
This car has very few issues, and could be a daily driver without any problem (however, I would love to see it go to someone who will keep it as beautiful as I have). The only real noticeable issue is with the turn signal, which works, but doesn't automatically turn off as you exit your turn (30 years of use has gotten to it). The previous owner had the car repainted after a minor collision with a curb. The repair work (purely cosmetic) was done 100% by Porsche mechanics with no expense spared (this car has been loved since day 1).
I have an extensive binder with record of all labor done to this car, along with the original owner manuals. Additionally I have the original sales manual from the first owner and some pictures I can share from its days in Germany.
Make an offer!
Will add additional information as questions are asked.

Hey, Double Z!
Timing belt and water pumped have not been replaced in the last 5 years (standard interval for a DD), however, the car has not been driven more than a couple thousand miles in that time frame. My mechanic recommended I put that on my laundry list, but said it wasn't urgent.
If this will be a daily driver, it would be something to consider.
