looking to buy a 996 turbo coupe 35k - 40k near or in nj. Cash buyer ready to go

100k miles or less is ok
Must be well maintained with documentation
Must be extremely clean
Open to colors but silver is the last on my list
Open to Manuel or tiptronic but prefer Manuel

Manual is a type of transmission or device / action done without assistance, i.e. a manual transmission uses a clutch pedal
