These were taken out of my 2007 997 Turbo with 18k miles are in excellent working condition. Fits 997, Boxster/Caymen, Cayenne, etc.

Porsche PCM 2.1 with navigation and Bose head unit in excellent working condition. $500

Porsche Bose amplifier for this unit. $200

Does this include everything necessary for nav to work? Several years ago I had done research to do this swap in my 987 and I recall there being a few components to get everything working.

The unit is plug and play if your car came equipped with it. If your car did not come with this unit I have no idea what you would need to make it work and I am not selling anything else with it.

The head unit is plug and play if you have Bose which I do. But the nav won't work unless you also sell the nav module.

That is true. I wasn't sure if you were talking about wiring or other things. I only have the head unit and Bose amp. I did a quick search on ebay and there are plenty of navs available.
