It's funny how when you look at something every day you don't appreciate it as much (at least this is my experience).

Keep it and enjoy it!

GLWS!

Thank you all for the kind words. I truly am going to regret selling this car. It took quite some time to find something well spec'd like this.

One of the best cars available right now regardless of miles.

How long have you had the car? Any particular reason for selling? Do you know how many owners before you? Can you provide an over-rev report since you should be able to get one for no cost?

Thanks!

Please refer to my responses in this thread to get the answers to your questions, as majority have been asked. To summarize:

1. My ownership has been around 2 years. Standard ownership length for me is 2-3 years before I move on to my next toy.
2. No particular reason for selling, other than if it does, I'll look into a new toy.
3. Carfax shows 6 owners, however 3 of them are dealers. I can provide the Carfax I bought when I was looking at the car myself.
4. I never ran a overrev report as it holds little weight on condition of the car. I know a lot of Porsche people put stress on these reports to determine "health of the car", so happy to get one at the expense of interested buyers if there truly is a concern.

All additional PMs replied to.

Man, I could have bought a similar car to this, with 38,000 miles, GT Silver on Cocoa interior, for the same price 2 years ago! I could have been racking up miles on a sweet Turbo the past 2 years for free. Hindsight is a bitch sometimes.

Some additional details based upon recent questions

Owner History

Per the CarFax report I did for the car when I was purchasing it, I would be considered the 6th owner, however based upon the Owner History in CarFax, 3 of the owners look to be car dealerships. Feel free to run your own CarFax, but here are the owner details per my report.

- Owner 1 - 4/13/2006 to 4/7/2010
Vehicle was registered in New Jersey however service records showed to be at The Auto Gallery in Woodland Hills, CA

- Owner 2 - 9/20/2010 to 9/21/2010
Vehicle was registered in Arizona and then offered for sale the next day

- Owner 3 - 11/24/2010 - 2/1/2014
Vehicle was registered in Arizona with service records tied to Porsche North Scottsdale

- Owner 4 - 3/20/2014 - 9/23/2015
Vehicle was registered in California with service records tied to The Auto Gallery in Woodland Hills, CA

- Owner 5 - 9/23/2015 - March 2017
Vehicle was registered in California

- Owner 6 - March 2017 - Present
My current ownership

Whats with all the members jumping on peoples listing just to add negative noise with all the "buyer beware" nonsense? Looks like a great car for below market. Good luck with the sale.

Great deal for a 997 TT .
most of the haters know nothing about the cars , they go by what they heard or read no real experience.
