The 991 number mfg in 2016 is the wheel and the 991 number mfg in 2013 is the airbag.

These will fit any Porsche ... yes any from 2005 to 2016. 2005-2008 will require a module and programming.

What would need to be done to a 981 CS with a heated non-multifunction wheel? I guess I'd have to have heating coded out? I'm interested if I can make it work without throwing codes.

I'm confused about the whole heating coding issue so ready buyers should have priority over me. This suggests heating alone requires coding:https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/991SD.html but a Suncoast rep in this thread suggested the coding was just for MF: http://www.planet-9.com/981-chat/174...hift-****.html I'm not really wanting to mess with coding locally and pay the dealer, so I'm going to have to see if I can definitively find out whether that can be avoided.
Of course feel free to sell to whomever, all that being said. Another will pop up eventually if I can confirm it'll work for me.

I bought a used module and it was plug and play.
