I do know buying and selling cars. I've done it a lot more than my wife wished I had. You'll get your $17.95 worth if you post some good photos rather than say it looks like every other.......(fill in the blank). You may catch those that aren't familiar with the car as you spec'ed it and find the photos make it worth an inquiry. Without photos, you've limited yourself to to those who can either picture the car exactly or who happened to see one just like it at that dealer last week and liked it. Lots of cars sell on these pages. You'll likely get more $ here than from your dealer. Then again, your soon to be ex will just take half so forget what I said. Just give it to a Renn member and really **** her off.

+1000. If she is at fault, use the guilt she has now to save yourself a ton of money. After she no longer feel guilty, he opinion of you returns and she will come after you for everything. ie dont try to screw her because she is at fault, present a reasonable offer. Be calm :-)

Learn as much about state divorce law as possible, know your rights and try an look at it from a practical standpoint and dont get emotional over 5-10% of an asset. May consider give up cash/house vs pension. There is always a trade to be made. You will recover financially very quickly if you can close quickly.
After you are educated (2-4 days of google search about state law) go and find an attorney and draft it up quickly.
