Default WTB 991.2 Steering Wheel (Manual)

Category: Steering & Suspension
Price (no $ sign please): $1
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (select ONLY those which apply): 911
Location (Region): SouthEast
Item Condition: Used

I took delivery of my 2018 GT3 (991.2) with manual transmission back in August. Its the perfect spec and I love the car. The only thing i would change is to elect the no-cost option for the leather steering wheel. I chose the alcantara steering wheel as i wanted the red stripe at 12 o'clock. I know that if I dont use driving gloves that the alcantara will get matted down from oils on my skin. So, I wear driving gloves when driving the car during road use.

I would like to know if someone has a 991.1 or 991.2 leather steering wheel for sale for manual transmission.

If i dont get any responses then i will close this thread and buy from Suncoast.

I dont need the air bag, but i can acquire if price is right.

Thanks.

Steve

I plan on keeping the current alcantara steering wheel and storing it while I use a leather wheel.

nothing wrong with the alcantara wheel other than I feel like a tool wearing driving gloves on the street

I don’t know, it’s a 991.2 GT3, I wouldn’t judge you for handling that with gloves. Good luck finding a leather wheel!

Congrats on sale

I was away from the forums while traveling. Yours would have been perfect. Can you direct me to where your CF steering wheel came from?

The wheel with SC won’t work (per dealer) as the electrical male/female connectors are different
