Taking it back to stock look. Original tail lights and side markers with silver MY02 wheels. Also will be raising it an inch on both ends for a more street friendly ride but keeping the same rake.
New pictures coming soon.

Car feels amazing! Added Numeric shifter, front monoball LCAās I had laying around, less aggressive alignment, and put the shocks on full soft.
Oh yeah, and enough of my other toys sold that this is the last one standing. So itās the keeper! Pulling off the market to hopefully enjoy for many years. Thank you all for your interest.
Cheers!

Congrats! Based on a couple of your threads and others, I recently put down a deposit on a FSI 3.8 rebuild of my original/running engine.

Youāre going to love it GH. These engines are amazing and absolutely bullet proof.
And thanks Tony. Itās been a rough year but it was our 13th year of being in business. No 14 is looking like its going to be the exact opposite.
And thanks to Blue Chip getting me thinking about what I would do if he bought it, this one is still for sale. Someone is going to be very happy with it.

Everything else sold so I was all set to keep it. Then someone got really interested in buying it and trading in their ā99 C2. I knew there was no way I could go back to a 3.4L after owning this engine so I looked to see if there was a car I could replace this one with. And I found a car that is very similar to the track car I built only more HP. Even has some parts on it that came off of my track car. And I may have had an offer accepted on said car and need to sell this one before said car gets shipped and my wife asks why there are two Porscheās in the garage again.
Truthfully, I āneedā both. A dedicated race car and a dedicated DD/DE car. But business hasnāt quite recovered that much yet and so I keep going back and forth between which one it will be. . For a DD/DE, at anywhere near this price point, it doesnāt get any better than this one.
