- Sunroof
- Factory Aero package (rare in 2002)
- Factory HID headlights
- Exterior paint is in great condition with no dents or dings, normal rock chips on front bumper for age
- Interior is also in great condition, with no visible wear in the seats, and all panels in as new condition
- Aftermarket Bluetooth Alpine stereo
- GT3 center console
- H&R cup kit sport springs (comparable to OEM European spec springs)
- OEM GT3 wheels
- Pilot Sport tires new last season
- OEM GT3 cup front splitter
- B&M short shifter and bushings
- Gbox second gear transmission detent upgrade (improves shift feel, prevents notorious second-gear popping out)
- modified stock exhaust mufflers with 'Fister mod' replicating factory Porsche Sport Exhaust
- K&N filter with Fabspeed intake resonator delete

Engine details:
- Full rebuild using LN Engineering 'Nickies' 4-Liter block
- stock crank, forged rods and forged pistons
- Heads rebuilt by Hoffman Automotive Machine (Porsche M96 specialist out of Atlanta): ported and polished heads with new cryo-treated valve springs and new factory valves, all new performance-grind on valve and uprated valve seats
- LN Engineering 'IMS solution'
- Porsche motorsport Air-Oil separator
- GT3 160* thermostat
- New clutch
- All new seals, gaskets, internal wear items, spark plugs, etc
- 89,000 miles on chassis, ~4,000 on rebuilt engine

This is a clean example of the 996.2, with all the desirable options, tastefully modified with the major draw being the professionally-rebuilt, big-bore, 4-liter engine. All of the weak points of the m96 engine have been addressed with this rebuild, along with significantly increased power, putting the performance on par with a GT3. Must be driven to be appreciated.

This seems like an extremely good price. Have you ever had the vehicle on a dyno?

I have not, no. The previous owner who built the engine had it on the rollers to ensure tuning/afr was in spec, but he mentioned the dyno was not calibrated, and that the numbers were nowhere near acurate.
