Hello Everybody, I've decided to sell my car and I'd like to share with any of the potential buyers so lets get right into it. I purchased my 996 Turbo April 2016 with just under 36K miles from MW Carline in Texas. During the transaction, a PPI was performed at Texas German Autohaus which revealed car needed CV Boots and Coolant Tank (both CV Boots and Coolant tank were replaced after the PPI, I have the work order) . Tech also mentioned I may have a high performance flywheel . A few months ago, one side of the rear wing stopped lifting so I had a local tech lower the wing and disconnect power. The car has never been modified and is all original (except for the high performance flywheel per PPI tech), I also have the factory amber side-markers. Other than the few scratches around the car, it looks, drives, and performs flawlessly. I've driven just under 3900 miles in almost two years..hence the reason why I'm selling it..I don't drive it enough. I have submitted my car to BaT earlier today and thought I'd share some photos and info until the listing is live on their website..I will provide the link once it's up. Thanks for looking!!

**1/17/18 UPDATE**
Link to BaT Listing is Now Live: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...-911-turbo-17/

**2/5/18 UPDATE**
Car is still available, BaT finished at $42,500, have had lots of low $40's offers

Great looking car! Were the boots and the tank replaced then? Does it throw codes for the spoiler being disconnected?

Another 996 Turbo to BAT... They see to bring pretty good money there. GLWS.

PS: Might want to get a durametric or PIWIS over rev report, you will get asked for it over and over on BAT, even though it's not terribly useful for 996 generation turbos.

Lol..Nothing wrong with front bumper, perhaps the wide angle lens making the photo look weird. Also may be the angle the photo was taken...thanks for the feedback guys, I really do appreciate it.

That's what I figured after trying to find what he was talking about. Thanks.

Curious, did your Turbo already get accepted by BAT for an upcoming auction, or did you just send it in requesting that they list it for auction?

They get MANY more requests from sellers to auction their cars then they accept, but they do seem to like manual 996 Turbos!

The front bumper to headlight/hood gap is very wide. I suspect that is what people were referring too. Doesn't seem to be a paint match issue, so it could be just poor adjustment.

That gap looks normal to me, most likely the angle. I have a 996 C4S - first owner, no front end collisions - and if you stand in front, at the right angle it looks the same way.

Clean car, GLWS.

I wonder if BaT will let the current 6MT 996 Turbo auction end (about 18 hours left) before this one goes live.
