Default 964 Tailights

Category: Lights
Price (no $ sign please): $300
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (select ONLY those which apply): 964
Location (Region): SouthEast
Item Condition: Used

I decided to pull the trigger and purchase new tailights for my 964 Turbo 3.6 directly from Porsche. Given current values and the excellent condition of my car, it was worth the investment. Needless to say, these are very expensive, over $1,000 for the new set.

I know restoring them was an option, just not an option for me. It doesn't make sense for me to put them on a shelf, taking up space in my garage, so I am offering them here to someone that may want to use them as is or restore them. I have them pictured with the boxes the new lights came in and I can ship them in the same boxes. They will fit all 964's. $300 plus shipping.

I'll take them if there are no cracks or significant fading. Can you post a close up of any visible defects.

Here are close up pictures of both tailights and the center piece. The center piece is crack free. As you will see the left tailight has some cracking and the right tailight has a very small crack. This is why I recommended that these go to someone that has the ability to restore them. Having said that, they do work fine and would be a good set up at a fraction of the cost to replace new, for someone that is not looking for perfection.

Thanks for the photos. Would you consider selling the center section separately?

I might, but I want to give it a little time to see if someone can use all three pieces before separating.

Thanks
