This has been a great GT car to drive and experience over the 2 or so years I have been its owner.

The car has a clean Florida title-no accidents.

I purchased the car from Porsche of San Diego with 7,XXX mi. in May 2016. It was previously leased through them.

It was a California car its whole life until I brought it to Florida in September 2017.

The condition of the car is excellent/mint except a chip in the right front wheel. I have included a photo.

The car has always been maintained by Porsche DTLA and JM Motorsport in Studio City. When I brought the car to Florida, it has been maintained by Bert Smith Porsche and C2 Design in Tampa.

When I purchased the car it had an almost invisible crack in the front lip which gradually became larger and more apparent as time passed. I had it replaced and paint matched by Porsche Downtown LA in 2017.

It has always been garage kept. When it was in CA under my ownership, the garage was climate controlled as well.

The car has a built-in K40 Laser/Radar system, which I could remove at no cost at buyer’s request.

I had new brake pads and rotors installed less than 2,000 mi. ago by C2 Design. They additionally replaced the OEM tires with a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4s. At the time of writing this they still have a lot of life left in them.

The car threw a CEL a couple of months ago so I took it to Bert Smith. They flashed the ECU and that fixed everything. This has been the only problem I have ever had with the car.

I have advertised the car at US $110,000. I believe this is a fair price due to the condition of the car as well as the way it was optioned from the factory. I have included a photo of the window sticker for reference.
