Nice product, quick delivery, however my plates from a few years ago did not fit into the recess but the new plates on my 18 Macan were a perfect fit.

arent these stamped out in correctional institutions? My guess is quality control has a whole different meaning. :-0

Had already started next production run but will look at tolerances for next run. Had some Texas, Oregon and Washington plates for test fitting when i designed the part in Solidworks. Thanks for the feedback, will incorporate!

No love for the 95B Macan in the "Part Fits" category of the original post?

Ordered a pair anyway.

In the spirit of Christmas giving. From now until the 1st of the new year, I've decided to increase the "RENNLIST" promo code discount to 15% off of our beautiful plate frames.

Merry Christmas!

Got my plate frame the other day. Very nice! Nice clean and understated look for the back of the car. My Michigan plate fits - pretty much line to line, but it goes.

Looks great on my car. Had to file the plate slightly as well. I bought the screw kit but they're too big for the porsche mount. They are nice screws tho.

For those who needed to file their license plates a bit to get the frame to fit, typically how much do you need to trim? I don’t own a sander and wonder how to do this if I order the frame and need to trim the plate?

Although I made our plate frames with correct tolerances to fit the Federal standard of 6" x 12" it appears that not all plates are created equal. The Aluminum that plates are made from is very very soft and can be trimmed easily with heavy duty scissors or kitchen shears.

I have looked at 6 different states current plates and some older Oregon and Washington plates and they fit. I will open up the tolerances a little more next production run, but I will have to do some more research as to how much.

Just ordered a pair in black for my Panamera 4S! Looking forward to changing the plastic dealer plate holders with your craftsmanship!
