The leather is nice, but there are a couple white dots on it. I briefly tried to clean them off, but didn't try terribly hard and didn't use any leather specific cleaners.
The more mention-worthy disfunction is right tip switch is damaged. The silver cover or face has 2 broken tabs where the pin slides into. If the face were to be replaced, the switch would work just fine.
I believe you can remove the tip switches and put the blanks in there instead, but you would have to swap the wiring from your old steering wheel too.
