Wow, my wife runs M3 Physical Therapy in Rowlett. She often drives her 991 or M4 to work and never sees P-cars or M-cars in your area. Feel free to stop by and say hi sometime; she was drooling over your Green M3 when I showed her these pics!

I might have bought this car had it popped up prior to me finding my TTS.
Looks like JUST what I was looking for. AND I was just in TX on the way back from picking up the TTS.

If I didn't love the TTS so much, I'd say let's trade (with a little boot, of course).

Don't see much Pcar or M cars in my area too. The green one is actually my M5. Is she more of a BMW or Porsche lady?

Great question; it depends on the day I suppose. She is both an active BMWCCA member and a PCA member. I think she would keep the 911 if forced to choose, but that is a tough choice to make!
