Just to be clear, the price on our slot is $175k. If we don't sell it in the next 2 weeks, we are going to take delivery of the car in August and sell it when it's on the ground. It'll be one of the very first cars in the country. Plus, it'll give me the chance to drive it!

Just curious how it will be "one of the first cars in the country" when there are several on the ground already ?

In this case, "one of the first" is a relative term. My understanding is that very few cars have been delivered in the US so far.

I don't believe that to be the case. Apparently the first one arrived fairly recently at Suncoast. And there's debate as to whether that's a US car or European car here for the summer.

There has been two delivered to owners already at Park Place Dallas. Spoke with the sales manager yesterday while I was getting my first oil change on my ‘18 GT3. PP posted pics of the silver one on Facebook before it was officially delivered.

Incredible car. That's why people are paying so much, and will continue to. Heck, 2011 GT2RS is still $200k+ over sticker.
