It has been maintained very well with oil changes every 3k miles or annually. I also replaced the water pump, installed a low-temp thermostat, replaced spark plugs and coils as preventative maintenance a couple years ago. It has been extremely reliable for me and has never broken down in the 5 years I've had it. The clutch and brake pads had been replaced by the previous owner just prior to me buying it.
It is all stock except the exhaust was modified into an official FIster exhaust. I also replaced the PCM with an aftermarket double din stereo with bluetooth and replaced all the speakers with Focal speakers. I still have the stock PCM which will be included.
I have the clean title in hand. Have both keys, original manuals, window sticker, etc. It should be noted that this is a 2006 so has the updated stronger IMS bearing that is an issue with prior model years.
Feel free to PM, text, call, or email if you have any questions or would like to see the car. Text is probably the best way to get a hold of me initially. Located in Omaha, NE

With the sport seats and steering wheel and a manual this looks to be a great entry point into the 911 fold for someone.

Wow, amazing condition for the miles. I've seen 997s with 1/3 the miles that are in worse shape.

Agreed. It is amazing how little these depreciate. I got a super clean 2009 4S manual with 51,000 miles for 49k a few weeks back. Basically, I can drive the heck out of my car for the next 7 years and it will only cost me a couple of grand a year in depreciation!
It certainly is nice to see someone taking good care of their car! My 2001 Tacoma looked like that after 200k miles, but it takes a dedicated owner to keep the car waxed and clean. I see so many cars of that era (early 997 and 996) that have cloudy paint and have been neglected.
