Up for sale is my 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo with a 6-speed manual transmission and 28,640 miles. There are no problems with the car, it runs and drives great. Why am I selling it? I just don’t drive it enough and I have my eye on something else.

Per the Carfax report there are 6 owners, car spent most of its life and Florida. I never drove it in the Midwest winters and the undercarriage is clean. There is an accident report from the previous owner in 2014 involving a front end impact with an animal. During my PPI I was told the front bumper had to be repainted. While not a major accident or issue, still I have taken this in consideration when pricing the car.

I just had the car serviced while stored this past winter (@28,200 miles) and the following items were addressed replaced.
- Oil change.
- Brake fluid flush with Motul 600.
- Engine Air filter and Cabin Air Filter Replaced.
- Front and rear brake pads replaced with HAWK HPS only to reduce brake dust. Stock pads still available and very usable.

The tires MPSS are still great with 7/32nd or better. Car just needs someone to drive it or enjoy it more.

Only to the extend of a tune and exhaust. Tune is still installed, exhaust is no longer installed.
