These "sport" header have the catalysts removed so they really are race headers.
( You could replace the 200 cells cats if desired - see fabspeed site).
Add ~ 16 hp, ( more with a tune).
new race headers are $2400 and sport headers like these ( with working cats of course) are $3200

best to leave both sensors in and either run a spacer on the second one or a cobb like tune to eliminate CELs.

If you do run the COBB and catless headers some tuners will recommend taking out the post-cat O2 sensor....it's probably something to do with eliminating any reading into the ECU, probably better to deal with an open circuit on the secondary O2 that canceling the readings. BGB recommends that on race headers. The spacer or mini-cat could allow you to leave the post-cat O2 sensor in and make the ECU think there's a cat, but not sure how those work or if they last a long time.

BTW...I'm running the same setup....Sport Cargraphic headers but without any cat material in them. Works pretty good...and you can fool your friends into thinking the car has cats!

I know...I was running it the same way, no problems. Was later recommended eliminating the post cat O2 by BGB when I asked why the Race headers don't have a second O2 port..
