Looking for a great 911 to drive? Look no further. This 997.1 has just under 50k miles, is in a great "enthusiast driver" spec with a 6-speed manual, sunroof, heated leather seats, and HIDs.
Tires have about 15k miles, brakes were done very recently. In the interest of full disclosure - In April of '16, the car was involved in a bumper-meets-curb incident that required replacement of the trunk floor, bumper cover, and one of the radiators/condensers. No suspension, frame or title issues, just the unfortunate combo of a low-slung car and a high-set concrete curb. The car shines up beautifully and presents very well, but has just the right amount of wear that you can enjoy actually driving it the way it should be driven.
Walkaround video:
Exterior
Engine
Carpet pulling back just a bit on the passenger door
Minor switch wear on the climate controls
Hard to photograph, but minor rock chips on the trunk lid
Small paint blemish on the rear bumper cover
Rear seats
Front tire tread
Rear tire tread
Dash
Interior
Driver's seat
Passenger seat
Trunk
Nothing to report on the IMS - this '05 should still have the easily replaceable unit, but there has been no indication of problems so far. The plan was to replace it when the clutch needed replacement, and thus far the clutch has been great as well.
Positives:
- Sounds great with the Fister exhaust
- Drives and handles brilliantly
Negatives:
- Interior trunk release switch broken (common 997 issue)
- Front speakers buzz occasionally
- A few minor blemishes documented above
Read more about the Fister exhaust here if desired: FD Motorsports » Fister Exhaust – 997.1, 997.2 & 991

Regarding the accident, did you pay for the repair or did you go through insurance? Do you have receipts and documents?
Do you know what the issues are with the front speaker making the buzz?
have you replaced the frunk switch before or is this the first time it failed?

I don't know what the cause of the buzz is. It's intermittent.
The frunk switch has not been replaced during my ownership (since 2014 with about 32k miles)

Was the rear bumper cover also repainted? Any photo's of the damage before it was repaired? Feel free to e-mail me at kjano4@live.com

Sorry I've missed these messages! Lots of correspondence about the car lately.
I believe the rear bumper has been painted, but that would be prior to my ownership. I don't have pictures of the damage prior to repair from the curb incident.
Technically yes, but it's undergoing a PPI now at the behest of another interested party and we have an agreement on price if all goes well. So there's a provisional agreement on the car.
No trades, sorry. Maybe if someone had a vintage Alfa GTV...
