Overview
I bought this amazing machine two and a half years ago with the goal to create what I thought the 996 Turbo should have come out of Stuttgart like. I’ve nearly ‘perfected’ the car in my ownership but have only put 3k miles on it (and less than 500 in the past year). Therefore, I’m writing an advertisement to classify the car for sale.
The car is in fantastic condition inside and out, including mechanically. To give you an idea of the cars current condition, it not only won its division (All 996/997 Porsches) at the Porsche Club of America Concours event last February, it also scored the highest overall score of the 53 cars entered into the event. The car is up to date on all maintenance including most major maintenance items serviced within the last 3k miles. The only thing this car needs is to be driven and enjoyed. It currently spends its time in a climate controlled garage in Houston, Texas under a fleeced satin cover and on a battery tender.
One final note before I list the details- I am in no rush to sale the car and do not need opinions on the cars condition, price, modifications, etc.
Pricing
Clean Texas title in hand.

Looks great!
Can you provide a link to more pictures, especially of the interior and the seats (both sets)?
Are stock turbo twists available?
Many will probably ask if the stock rear wing leaked or was refreshed.

Thank you for the comment. I am planning to take detailed pictures on Saturday if the rain stops. I will get them posted shortly after.
The stock wheels are not included with the sale. On the stock deck lid, the rear wing is fixed in the up position.
Please let let me know if there are other questions I can answer. Hopefully, I’ll have detailed pictures up in a few days.

I know you didn't ask for an opinion but I have one... I love it. Now for the questions... Can you provide paperwork supporting the maintenance and upgrades? I presume the tune is for 93 octane and not 91. Do you have any dyno sheets? Are you willing to deal with an out of state buyer and a PPI?

I do not have any dyno sheets and the car has never been dynoed or tracked. I'm happy to work with an out of state buyer and to accomodate a PPI anywhere in the Houston area.
Pictures may be delayed a couple of days due to weather but I promise to get them up soon.
Please let me know if there are other questions I can help answer. Thanks!

Here is a link that includes a few more pictures- including pictures of some maintenance records/receipts. https://photos.app.goo.gl/0uyIcOrqhz1E3z1n2
I was not able to get the car out and take detailed exterior pictures this weekend but will soon. I did snap a couple interior pictures on my iPhone today and I’ll share those below.

Skimmed the maintenance docs in the gallery. Very thorough documentation history, especially if this is only part of it. Did you buy an extra strut in there or am I not following that correctly?

Thank you. The extra strutt you’re referring to is due to a backorder from AJUSA. They shipped me 3/4 and told me it would be 2 months for the last strutt. I decided to order from elsewhere and get a refund on the one from AJUSA. I’ve added documentation of this in the photo gallery.

Thanks to you. Interested in this car. I'm out of state as well and would want a PPI too. A couple more ?s -
1 - is the stock trim under the carbon trim or would be put back if not interested in that - and what shape is it in... as 996 plastic trim is not known to be robust or hardy
2 - the exhaust - how much more throaty is it than stock?
3 - the exhaust - what was done... mufflers? x-pipe? cats?
thanks again....

The exhaust is quite a bit more throaty than stock but doesn’t drone on the highway. I’m currently out of town but will take detailed pictures of the exhaust when I return. It has no cats.
