Default FS: JRZ RS TWO suspension for 981 Cayman

Category: Steering & Suspension
Price (no $ sign please): $2200
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (select ONLY those which apply): Cayman
Location (Region): Canada
Item Condition: Used

Price Reduced. 2200 !

For sale is my JRZ RS Two suspension kit. It is a direct bolt on for any 981 Cayman. It was installed in 2016 on my 2015 GTS for the intended purpose of dual weekend DE and regular daily driving. However I acquired a BMW factory race car that year and so the suspension has seen 1 DE weekend and the rest of the time has been used for regular daily driving. It had a total of 3500 KM, the majority of that on the street, before I removed it at the end of September 2017. It is in almost new condition except for the superficial slightly tarnished outward appearance on the lower stalks.

The kit is complete and ready for install. The springs included are Eibach Race Springs ERS) with 500lb main springs and 150lb tender springs for a perfect choice of street and track use. When adjusted for soft the suspension is extremely compliant on the street and very linear. When adjusted for track they are truly exceptional!. Ride height is completely adjustable. I have included the Tarett front extended drop links with protective dust boots.

Each shock has an adjuster at the top for rebound and a separate adjuster on the bottom for compression. Adjustable rebound is 21 settings. See link below.
The RS line is built on the same line as the motorsport line. JRZ has now separated the RS line into touring and sport. This original damper is the best of both worlds.

I am pricing this at US$ 2200 plus shipping and PayPal fees etc.

Please contact me with any questions.

I have changed the price to US$ 3400. The Canadian dollar amount was confusing people.
Thanks

PM'd. Did you need/run toe links in rear with these?

Yes, as the factory links would not have enough adjustment

Depends, no? X73 is 1" lower and runs standard toe links fine. If you're slamming it you definitely need them, but I can't do that and drive on the street anyway. Was curious what OP did.

My personal experience with coilovers (CS 987) is that you will get about a 1.5" (minimum) drop,
this would create too much negative camber toe for the standard toe links.

Sorry guys, I have been on holidays.
My 981 GTS came standard with PASM so it was already lower. When I put in the suspension, I changed everything - toe links, control arms and sway bars - all of which are for sale, if anyone wants a complete suspension solution

I ram 2.4 camber in front and about 2 in the rear. The car was perfectly fine on street and track. It was a good middle ground. All of this was done in conjunction with my race shop that runs cars in the GT3 cup and Pirelli challenge and with the JRZ rep in attendance. Hope that answers some questions.

Does this work with PASM and are front and rear all 500lbs?
