For those asking, the fault codes on the DME report were taking care of and cleared right after the report was ran. Also, the engine number is M97/0168606385 (picture posted). I found the other maintenance record for the 80k service and am posting pics of that. I forgot that I had the passenger side window regulator replaced at that time. I don't have any records other than the CARFAX for the maintenance performed prior to my purchase at 77k miles. By the way, the car hasn't burned, or lost through a seal, one drop of oil under my ownership...you can kind of see from the engine pic that the that it is very clean (the wet spot is from brake cleaner overspray to get the grime off the serial number).
