I think it fits the car perfectly. It looks very clean with just the driving experience in mind!

What a tragedy that a car like this has never been driven. What's the point, other than just to hoard it to make money of course.

Perhaps that's why I'm a much better driver than investor.

GLWS.

This is unbelievable. One of my all time favorite cars. It would be at the top of my list if i could afford a car of this caliber.

I remember when dealers couldn't even sell these things new. Most were sitting unsold for years. Funny how things change in time.

To each their own. Thank you very much, we will see how long it lasts...

The car to me represents a true drivers car that makes unbelievable noises. It could possibly be the last of the NA supercars with very little electronics etc. The end of an era with the Enzo, SLR, Ford GT's....

To me they represent totally different things. The 918 is so easy to drive that I could give my wife the keys and she would have no problems. The CGT on the other hand would be a totally different story. I am sure I would be way faster around a track in the 918 but the adrenaline rush of the CGT would probably cause me to get nauseous

Both totally amazing cars in different ways....

It took a long while for the car to get the attention it truly deserves.... I think the CGT is a 15ish year newer version of the F40.... Similar production numbers, prices followed in similar trends, raw and scary to drive....

just a hunch, and the way to do it if you have the cashish, especially when in the end you're making a nice return
My hunch too. Amazing cars. Miss mine!

Assuming this one sells at 1.2mil, that's 11% compound annual return, 6% if you actually drove it -- excluding storage, insurance, and service costs. Meh...

EDIT: For one, you could have bought Google at $50 in 2004 instead. It's $809 now.

The owner must have had a great time sitting in it and going "vroom! Vroom!"
