Thanks. Congrats on the Signal Green 3.6 purchase, it's quite the car. When I bought it nobody wanted it because of the color, when I sold it I had a small bidding war going on. The one single car I regret selling. Enjoy it in good health.

How does debris on an expressway end up on a bad Carfax report?

It happens all the time, if a claim is made or report made of any kind it's likely to go to Carfax.
