He's including the mods that way I suppose? Perhaps you don't get them if you just take over the financing?

Maybe he is financing the sales tax ($7k?!?) and put no money down. I have participated in balloon financing like this..... To purchase a shopping center, never a car... Very umm "creative."

OP beautiful car and love the white, good luck with your sale and allocation.

Thanks guys. The payoff is more than the MSRP because I rolled in taxes, fees and paid 0 at drive off. All of the mods are included in the price I stated. They are basically an incentive of buying this car at this price.

If someone were to put all of these mods on the car it would cost well over 20K at retail prices. Imo its a great value for a few thousand over a new cars MSRP.

Yes its DCT and its way better than any SMG to date. Its lightning fast. The manual transmission on the M4 really cripples the car IMO

I am confused...you can't afford to have both, but not selling this one wouldn't hurt you? Regardless, great car GLWS.

Don't worry, it won't sell at that price so you will not experience any pain. Enjoy having two M3s! Maybe you and your significant other can start a Youtube channel comparing, racing, modifying, and drifting the two against each other.

Its an M4 not an M3.

Thanks for the great idea. I'll consider it when the GTS arrives in a few months.
