I am selling the 1st position/slot to buy a 2016 Porsche 911 Targa GTS. Car is Silver/Black. If you would try and buy it today there would be a 7-9 month wait for the car given the limited production of this car. I would be buying the car from the dealer and immediately re-selling it to the lucky buyer that wants this car. Car was ordered 3 months ago and I changed my mind. Car is unbelievable and Porsche is telling me they may not make this motor any longer after this model year. This car will be a collectors item as the Targa is getting re-introduced. The sticker on the car is 154,495 with the options listed below. I am looking to sell the car for 180,000. That is a 25k mark-up over MSRP. Dealer assured me an around a 4/3 delivery date. I would pre-qualify buyer either with proof of funds to close in cash deal or a credit check would be run by another car dealer that I do business with. We would do the sale of the transaction with them, once I closed on the car with Porsche dealer. I have done deals like this before and very familiar how to do properly and safely for both parties. I would make appropriate introductions to the finance person in the event you need to finance the purchase. If not, we can do wire transfer via a escrow.com or 3rd party law firm. Buyer would have to paypal me or wire me $2500 non-refundable 1st payment in order to close deal.
Be happy to send Buyers Order as proof if necessary and/or appropriate introductions with all parties to consummate the deal between us.
