GLWS
EDIT: I guess it's not contradicting if current owner only used it as a DE/street car.

I don't mean to contradict the seller, but I know this car very well. The car was originally delivered from Stoddard or Porsche North Scottsdale, and was one of the first deliveries in the US. The first owner was a collector & race car driver and did drive this car on the track but the majority of its life was on the street.

After a few months a very good friend of mine purchased the car and immediately had the car race prepped as it was the third gen 1 GT3RS transformed by RaceTechnik. Although street legal it was built and driven as a race car in several NASA, PCA and even a Pirelli Drivers Cup event as evidenced by fellow Rennlister Mark Kilborts signature picture of him ahead of this car at Laguna Secca.

In total, six of us transformed all our cars to this spec and raced them for a couple of years and eventually went on to race Factory Cup cars.

One minor point of clarification regarding the roll bar, the seller is correct, the early delivered cars had support braces with holes in the tub to bolt in cages. The cages were not however Porsche factory produced. A company out of Germany produced these and eventually quit making them since there so few sold. The most important thing about these cages however is I believe they were actually FIA approved design, as some of the sanctioning bodies we raced with were concern with the "bolt in" application. Once we gave them the paperwork they were allowed.

I don't know how many owners the car has had once it left AZ but a simple Carfax should verify that information.

Although this car is certainly not a "garage queen" what is important is that the first two owners were meticulous in the maintenance in that the second owner had the car professionally maintained. And by the support comments of Rennlisters on the current owner, the car has been properly maintained by them as well.

This is awesome and seems like a great deal with all the extras. I thought I'd graduate to something like this but after owning a fully caged, race-prepped Chrome Orange Lotus Exige I have decided to go backwards and get something a bit more streetable and with a back seat for the kid. GLWS!
