SOLD!

I've come to terms with selling my M roadster. I've put a lot of care, time, and money into this car for the time i've owned it and so did the previous owners. I also created a blog of my purchase and mods. I've had the car since 2013, but unfortunately I need to sell it. I put about 4000 miles on it since I bought it. I have two other cars and this was another weekend toy. Car is in fantastic shape. Just had the oil changed, brakes flushed and brand new BFG Sport Comp IIs that have maybe 500 miles on them. Cost me about $1000+. Also has a brand new rear window, the cloth top is like new. Has an outdoor weather proof cover, replaced seatbelt slide harness, seats are in fantastic shape, zero rips or tears, new ZCP shift ****, engine bay looks like it came out of the showroom, also swapped out the crap HK subwoofer for a set of good aftermarket JBL 4.5 inch subs, clear rear tail lamps, clear side blinkers, black kidney grill, aftermarket stereo head unit with BT/BT Audio/USB, replaced floor mats with brand new, added a strut tower brace, also replaced all the body ///M badges with brand new OEM . Best of all the rear subframe failure is non-existent and there are zero leaks. Car is solid, trunk and undercarriage show zero issues. Clean carfax, no accidents. Just installed brand new Hydro pump for the brakes ($1300), the car stops on a dime. Rear brakes and rotors are almost brand new.

Only faults are a few rock chips on the hood and bumper. This one fine specimen of a Z3 M Roadster and it gets more attention and compliments than my Porsche . Last winter I kept it in storage away from the snow and cold. Otherwise I keep it outside covered. As you can see from the link of my build below i've put a lot of DIY fixes into the car, things you'll likely have to fix if you pick one up from a dealer. I truly love this car, be glad to answer any questions. It's really a car that is in my dream garage, but I will let it go for the right price. It's a true collectors car and I wish I could keep it, but I can't have everything.

Build thread and you can see plenty of photos and upgrades

Beautiful car--Imola is the way to go with these cars. I bought my '00 M Roadster after a weekend behind an Imola M Roadster, although I went with a more traditional German silver. The power is great, but the sound is what got me. Torque band on the S52 is huge and these cars are a blast. Good luck with the sale.

I had a 2000 in Imola as well with all the Dinan goodies (minus SC) and loved it. It is a big Co-Kart!

GLWS it looks to be in great shape.

Thanks guys! Imola is the best color for this car by far and you're right about the torque and fun factor. It's just a blast to drive. Even though i'm selling now, hopefully i'll own another someday in the future. In some ways it's more fun and special than the Porsche. Hoping it goes to a good home.
