Don't be so hard on yourself. But in addition to the colors you noticed there's Volcano Grey on the e-brake, steering wheel, and probably PCM and seat backs.
Interestingly enough, I'm partial to a Speed Yellow exterior and most of those interior parts can be painted, so if I was looking for a 997 Turbo I wouldn't let the interior colors deter me from this car.

is it possible the interior was changed out? isnt the front trunk color supposed to match the interior or do they all come standard in black? man 5 grand lower and i would have the cash for this sweet ride

^ your right the vin's match! wonder why the gauges and wheels have changed and the ebay auction is current with a dealer and this is a private sale. further looks and the vents in both pics are sand. has sport chrono man a nice car at a great price!

Its also in autotrader.. Wonder what's the history? The carfax shows up clean, with the exception that the dealer replaced camshaft seals? I kinda like the color combo expect for the wood trim, but im kinda bias towards speed yellow.

according to the sales manager at exotic motors they have possesion and title for the yellow turbo with the vin # listed in this add. 67,000$ asking price.
