Had. I removed the coilovers and reinstalled the stock suspension.

original buyer did not come through but I have a PPI with another buyer scheduled for Wednesday so the car is tentatively sold.

serious buyer suddenly backed out at the 11th hour while the car is at the shop getting a PPI. CLARIFICATION. buyer backed out BEFORE the PPI was done. 
so the car is still available and if someone wants to pay for a PPI now is a great time. I will be less inclined to take the car back later now that it is already at the shop.

4 wheel alignment and PPI is done; I will be happy to share the results with any prospective serious buyer for the cost of the PPI (IE, I ain't giving it away for free to every casual observer). if you do not purchase the car I will refund half the PPI cost.

PPI was $240.
I've decided in lieu of charging for it, I'll give the name of the shop that did the PPI and serious buyers can call to get a copy.
Final non-negotiable price is $24,500; if the car does not sell at this price I will keep it.

$24.5K is a great price for such a low-mileage, well-maintained 996. My co-worker bought one for $25K few months back but with 88K miles.
