Time to let my beloved Airstream go to the next steward. I sought out this year and model vintage trailer as it was the largest single axle made and therefore easily pulled with most SUVs. It was original when I bought it and then gutted and renovated from scratch. All new plumbing, electrical, freshwater tank, black water tank, appliances, custom cabinets, tub and shower. It has a new AC and heater, electric stove, microwave and smart TV. The front table folds down to create a queen bed and the back seat folds out to create a twin. It has been features on Airstreams social platforms and in 3-4 commercial campaigns as a prop. I used it for work, family camping and going to the race track where it always gets some amazing attention. I HATE to sell it, but since we had our 2nd child we haven't gone out in it again and currently its sitting in my driveway. If you like vintage things with modern amenities this is the trailer for you.

Hey Ryan,

You should list it on the Airstream Forum's & Vintage Camper Trailer Magazine's online classifieds as well, cuz you'll catch more vintage trailer folks there.

However, I'd strongly suggest that you reconsider your sale, since you'll probably regret it in a few month or whenever your #2 child is old enough to enjoy camping in it. If you've not done the Vintage Trailer Rally thing back east, then that's a good venue to do quick weekend or long weekend camping, with a group of fellow vintage trailer enthusiasts (also classic cars/trucks), whom you'll see again at other vintage rallies. So it's not just fun for the long summer/other vacation trips, but also for short weekend sanity breaks! Vintage Camper Trailer Magazine also has a listing of vintage rallies around the USA.

You'll have trouble replacing what you've got later on if you change your mind, because the values are going up - not down.

We just got back last night from the Ocean Mesa Rally by Santa Barbara & had a blast, & look forward to when our grandkids are old enough to enjoy vintage & other camping with us.

Cheers!
