2017 BMW X1 xDrive28, AWD with 10,300 miles. Black Sapphire Metallic on Black Leather.

Looking for someone to take over my lease. Work situations have changed I need to get a pickup. This vehicle was a former service loaner and had 2809 miles on it when I leased it last December. Most service loaners are stripped down 2wd models, but this is AWD and loaded with basically everything except the M-sport Package. It even has the “luxury package” which includes real Dakota leather. Apparently that’s quite the rarity on X1s. I have included a photo of the original window sticker below. I bought this to be my commuter car for a ~50mi/day commute. I’ve been averaging 35-36mpg on the highway which has been fantastic in an AWD vehicle. Recently received the 10k mile service, and everything is in great shape. Garaged day and night.

The basics: $483.63/m; 26 months left on a 36 month lease (matures Dec 2020), 15k miles/yr (vehicle can have 47,809 miles at turn in) 10,300 currently on odometer. Residual is $25,606.85. I’m in Houston, so all sales tax is prepaid and as long as transfer is in Texas no additional taxes need to be paid. I’m not sure how it works transferring to other states, but BMW makes it quite easy. Also pre-paid is extended service plan through 50k miles, wheel/tire protection, windshield protection. I put $2000 down to get this payment, looking for $1000 down (negotiable) and to assume lease. Or, vehicle can be sold for $36,000.

Please contact me with more questions!
