I purchased the car on 3/12/02 from the original owner with 4,527 miles. Carfax shows an accident involving hitting a pothole on 4/27/98. Car had 127 miles on it when accident occurred! Original owner filed an insurance claim in Massachusetts. Massachusetts Damage Reports:
• Do not include an assessment of the damage severity
• Are required if the estimated damage exceeds $1,000
Original owner had the rim/tire replaced by Wheel Enhancement (Porsche hollow spoke 10x18 (40mm) with Bridgestone 285/30-18 tire mounted/balanced) for $1,750 including shipping and insurance.

AutoCheck Vehicle History report shows nothing regarding pothole! Go figure…
