Nice low mileage 911 C4. Car is not mint, but has no major defects and is a very good daily driver.

Exterior: 8/10 - Paint has some pitting and stone chips on the front end and slight peeling of clear coat on the mirrors, but overall is in excellent condition for its age. Always waxed and stored indoors over the winter. Body is nearly perfect, no significant door dings or dents. All emblems and lettering are original and in good condition.

Interior: 6/10 - The car's worst feature. Leather on the drivers and passengers seats show cracking. Carbon fibre trim shows "crinkling" of its finish. Carpets are in good shape, and OEM floor mats are in good shape for their age. This car has the very desirable 3-spoke steering wheel.

Mechanical: 9.5/10 - New rebuilt engine at 57 000km. Engine was rebuilt by Vertex Auto in Florida. Has the Vertex Eternal IMS fix. Engine was swapped by Porsche Centre Winnipeg. Transmission shifts nicely, no unusual sounds. All wheel drive works flawlessly. Excellent heat, cold A/C. Battery was replaced in 2014 with an AGM. Factory cross-drilled rotors show no cracking and have plenty of pad left. Fresh air filter and oil change this spring. Has minor rear-main seal leak, which is typical of this engine, it has the current (seventh generation) seal. In my usage is does not require top-ups between oil changes. The only thing the car could use is an alignment as it hasn't been done since 2014.

I've had the car for 3 seasons now. It is originally from Florida. Entered Canada in 2010. I bought it in 2014. It has been perfectly reliable since I bought it.

Work that I've done to it since I've owned it includes: routine maintenance (air filters, oil changes, etc.), new inner CV boot on one of the front CV's, new secondary air injection valve, reflashed engine computer to ROW (rest-of-world) spec.

I'm selling it due to a new addition to the family last year and another due in October this year. The first addition severely limited the amount the 911 gets driven, I can't imagine what the second one will do! I would prefer to sell to someone locally so I can see the car occasionally, but I'm open to shipping it if that's what it comes to.
