Thanks I would love to keep the car, but no can do. Recently I was looking up comparison vehicles and I'm actually asking a very good price, many of these in similar shape are pushing $20k and over.

I've already had two deadbeats to come see the car. One the wife said no (you would think he would check first) and another was a no show. People never surprise me.

i troll this place sometimes. They may want to give wholesale but you never know. They deal with some nice M series and arent shy about the mark up.

"My wife said no" LOL
i never ask, problem solved
Better to ask for forgiveness than permission some times.

Thanks - checked with them, but their buying prices aren't anywhere near their FS prices Too bad mine is a gem that would look nice in their inventory

Very beautiful car and its in RED! Cars like these take the right buyer. It may take some time but you will get your price. At this price it seems like a bargain. Lots of car here for 17k! I wonder how these compare in reliability to the M5?

Thank you! best color for this car too

Agreed, I was set on the roadster when I bought it, so will take the same type of buyer. Most of these are $17-24k. Higher prices for the low mileage dealer examples. For the maintenance I've put into it and the condition it's really a steal which is why i'm quite firm on the price. It's just a dream when it's warm out.

Compared to the M5, The S52 M3 engine is one of the most reliable engines BMW made for M cars. The M5 is known to have reliability issues, but nothing that isn't expected from a 15 year old BMW V8, but here is a good article on what to expect

I would be tempted if I didn't have two kids to put in a backseat. Looks like a nice one. GLWS

Very nice looking M Roadster. I was an inch away from buying one about 8 years ago. Very cool cars. GLWS.
