This is a BRAND NEW coach. The only miles are delivery miles. Yes, the chassis is four years old, but it took a couple years to build it, and it's been in climate controlled storage since then, other than to come out and get inspections regularly. Long story as to why, but life changed as it was being built.

Anyway, this was built to be able to have several people live in it for a week or two at a time with no hookups. Huge water capacity. Awesome bathroom. Two beds as it sits, and VERY easy to convert the rear garage to a single car with a huge bedroom -or- keep it able to haul two cars and have some fold-out sleeping once unloaded. The garage is heated and cooled, good lights, and TV already back there.

Asking $399,000 for it and have a matching trailer for another $100,000 that will haul two more cars and a LOT of stuff (with full projection awning, air ride, liftgate, the works). The trailer has been used a couple times, but is in VERY nice condition.
