I am making room for a new air-cooled family member so unfortunately this awesome X5 is going up for sale.

I bought this car earlier this year from a more anally retentive owner than myself. He owned it since ~59k miles and kept very good detailed maintenance records as shown below.

I chose this car knowing it needed nothing and it will be passed on to the next owner the same way.

The car is on fully adjustable BC coilovers that were recently rebuilt. The height can be adjusted and if one would really desire it could be converted back to air suspension (I no longer have the stock components). The computer still says that the self-level suspension is inactive. I bought the software to program this out but have yet to pursue that so I will pass it along to the new owner.

For an SUV, this thing handles extremely well. It currently is set pretty stiff but that can easily be adjusted.

Still probably my favorite looking SUV of all time. Great buy considering that maintenance history.

Had one of these. Exact truck, but let it go after spending on a brand new Air Compressor for the shocks. Next thing that was going, was the suspension, and at that point, it didn't make sense to keep anymore.

Considering what your car has, and its full maintenance history, this is going to be an EXTREMELY solid truck for somebody. Powerful motor, and with those coilovers, will make for a great handling one as well!

Great price btw! GLWS!

I have had 3 of these trucks over time and the ONLY weak point I had issues with was the air suspension. Which.....you nicely eliminated.

If I had the garage space I would buy it today. GLWS

My all time favorite SUV. I had a 2003 4.4i briefly for 1 month (long story) -- and for one reason or another it put a giant smile on my face each and every time!!

Great cars and phenomenal DD. Hope its going to a great home.
