Check out the subforums on here, especially the active GT3 threads. Very clear on comps/actual sales if you dig through it.....you'll be able to see where things actually trade. Pretty big disconnect in the market.

I don't think you're unreasonable though. I wouldn't change the marketed price, but I'd make it clear you're willing to negotiate with real cash buyers.

Drove the sweet baby to the dealer this morning for this interm service... its pretty extensive. lots of fresh stuff for new owner. will have a dme report and PPI in hand as well.
