It is 38.25 x 6 x 8.5. From the pics (in ad) you can see it has quick
disconnects for the speaker wires. When I did track days and Auto-x, I
simply removed it from the car.
I'll post some pics of it in the car this afternoon in the sunlight. I think they'll come out clearer than it in my garage

Fitment in Cars
Attached are several pictures of it in the car. As you can see, it fits nicely on the 9" shelf behind the rear seats on the car. The Matching carpet really makes the speakers disappear (sorry I did not spend more time making it look pretty)
