2012 991.1S For Sale. 21k miles

Second owner, bought as a CPO at 11K miles. Dealer serviced and not tracked since I got it. To the best of my knowledge it's never been driven by Chris Harris either.
Pirellis have about half remaining (depth 9/32" measures by dealer a couple hundred miles ago.
Brakes 10mm all around measured by dealer.
Dealer multi point inspection form on 06-07-18 shows green boxes on all items, no red or yellow.
Stock except comes with clear side markers. Also included is a Porsche branded battery tender.
Car has been 100% since I've had it and the only work it's needed has been dealer recommended annual service and whatever campaign/recall/TSB stuff they did behind the scenes as well as removing a leaf from the intake that caused it to throw an internal code. Dealer handled that under warranty anyway.
Should be a clean car fax however there was a small chip on one of the 20" wheels that I had the dealer fix and it looks good as new and matches the other wheels perfectly as far as I can tell in any lighting.
Garage kept at least since I've had it (mid 2013). Car was always properly warmed up (water and oil temps) before getting on it. Auto start-stop was always deselected
Interior and exterior in what I'd call very good condition and at or above what would be expected for the year and mileage. Not museum flawless, but looks great in and out. Very minor evidence of life on driver's side bolster but not bad at all.
KBB says private party sale for mileage options and condition ranges from $65,486 to $72,521 with the average being $69,004.
WTS for $65,000.
Cincinnati area, buyer pays and arranges PPI if necessary.
More pics in a couple days as driveway is being blocked by home improvement crews and lighting in garage isn't any good. However if you want immediate pics I can take and send whatever you need.
Also have a set of factory base 991.1 19" C2 wheels and Sottozero tire set for sale separately (on the parts forum) I bought new from the dealer. Set is in very good condition with about 90% tread remaining. No pics at the moment because they are in dealer storage. Set sells new at the moment for $4150. Selling for $2950 for a great winter wheel/tire set if interested.
