We performed a Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) inspection. We performed an annual service, changed the brake fluid, performed a soft top maintenance, replaced the key fob batteries and performed a four-wheel alignment. All tires measure between 7mm and 9mm of remaining tread. The brakes have an estimated 90% of pad material remaining in the front and 85% of pad material remaining in the rear. The original in-service date was 19 April 2016. The Porsche new vehicle limited warranty expires 19 April 2020 or at 50,000 total miles. The Porsche Approved CPO warranty adds 2-years of warranty at the end of the new vehicle warranty with no mileage restriction.

Nice build! I am a buyer at the current market price for cars with this mileage ($4k under MSRP for CPO'd cars). Shoot me a PM please if you are interested. Porsche San Diego recently sold the same build at $13k under, but it was a higher mileage car.
