These do not have PDLS (can be verified with the part numbers).
Only includes what you see in the photos. Modules can be moved over from the existing lights, if available.
I believe the bulbs are in there. I'd check, but have already packed and boxed these up. If that's critical that I open them back up, happy to do so.
